Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of services offered by ELISYNK, a platform for renting Windows virtual machines (VM) and cloud storage for professionals and individuals. By accessing our services, you accept these terms without reservation.

Accessing ELISYNK services requires creating a user account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Account creation mandatory via our platform
• Secure authentication (Google OAuth, Microsoft, etc.)
• Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential
• The virtual machine is provisioned and ready within 30 minutes after payment

ELISYNK services are intended for legal and professional use. It is strictly prohibited to use our infrastructure for:

• Any illegal activity or activity contrary to applicable laws
• Hacking, intrusion, or unauthorized system access attempts
• Spam, unsolicited mail, or malicious campaigns
• Abuse of allocated resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth)
• Distribution of malware (viruses, ransomware, etc.)

The user is solely responsible for their use of their account and ELISYNK services. You agree not to share your login credentials, to secure access to your virtual machine, and to respect the rights of third parties. Any abusive use is the exclusive responsibility of the user.

ELISYNK commits to maintaining reliable infrastructure with a 99.9% availability target. Brief interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to force majeure. No absolute uptime guarantee is provided, but we do our best to minimize downtime and inform you in advance of planned maintenance.

• Subscriptions are billed via Stripe, a secure payment provider
• Billing is monthly or annual depending on the plan chosen
• In case of non-payment, service may be suspended after notice
• Refunds are subject to our current commercial terms

You may terminate your subscription and delete your account at any time from your personal space. ELISYNK reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of:

• Non-compliance with these ToS
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Prolonged non-payment

ELISYNK shall not be liable for data loss due to misuse of the service, interruptions beyond our control (force majeure, DDoS attacks, provider outages), or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use our services. It is your responsibility to maintain your own backups.

ELISYNK reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified by email or through their client space of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
