ELISYNK works with trusted technical service providers to ensure proper service operation. These providers may access certain data strictly within the scope of their duties:

• Supabase — Secure authentication and database
• Stripe — Secure payment processing
• Cloud hosting — Technical infrastructure

No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

ELISYNK implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or alteration. Our data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Data access is strictly limited to authorized personnel and logged.

Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and up to 12 months after account termination, unless otherwise required by law. Payment data is managed directly by Stripe according to their own retention policy.
